Instructions to make No-Bake Pumpkin Cookies:
  1. Melt the butter and Marsh mellows in a microwave for 1 minute ir until smooth.
  2. Fold the melted Marshmallow into the dry ingredients with a spoon or spatula.
  3. Grease 4 pans. Press the mixture into the buttered pan until flat.
  4. Sprinkle 1/4 cup of dried fruit on top of the mixture and press gently to decorate.
  5. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. Then cut the desserts into equal pieces and serve for a Thanksgiving treat that’s easy as pie!
  6. OPTION: No microwave access? Serve the dry ingredients as a Harvest Trail Mix. To keep it sweet but lose some processed sugar, replace the M&Ms and Reese’s pieces with dried cranberries or what ever you want that you think will taste good!!
