  1. In a pressure cooker place the can of condensed milk in a way that it is laid down.

  3. Shut the lid and cook on high flame until the first whistle. Then lower the flame to the lowest temperature and let cook for 30 to 40 mins.
  4. At 30 mins you will get a saucy consistency like dribbling over cakes and ice creams, while at 40 mins it will be much thicker like for pies or truffles. The one shown was cooked for 30 mins to go into the Dulce De Leche ice cream.
  5. Once done, let the pressure cooker cool down until an hour or two.
  6. Voila! Your very own Dulce de Leche is ready for use.
