  1. Preheat oven at 350°F.

  3. Put some flour on the working surface. Roll the dough to 1/2 centimeter. Using a small round cutter, cut the dough to make the cookies. Put them in baking sheets with parchment paper. Bake them for about 7-10 min or until you see them lightly browned.
  4. Take one cookie and spread one teaspoon of dulce de leche. Take another cookie and put it on top, to make like a sandwich. Do the same thing with the rest of the cookies.
  5. Dust with powdered sugar before serving. Enjoy!
