  2. Take 1 liter Full Cream Milk
  3. Get 1 Cup more milk

  7. Prepare 5-6 strands saffron
  8. Prepare 2 cups Vermicelli

  12. Take 5-6 strands saffron
  13. Prepare 1/2 cup Mawa / Khoya grated
  14. Take 1.5 cups water
  15. Make ready 1 cup sugar
  16. Make ready 3-4 Green Cardamom crushed
  17. Take 1/2 tsp Kewra Water
Instructions to make #Eid deserts:
  1. Take a broad and thick bottomed pan. Pour milk in it and bring it to boil. Once the milk starts boiling, simmer the gas flames and let the milk reduce. This may take 30-35 mins or even more.
  2. Take another pan,add ghee and roast vermicelli on simmer.Add in the boiling milk.
  3. Keep stirring in regular intervals just to avoid milk getting burnt from bottom. Meanwhile add cardamom powder, saffron strands and chopped dry fruit. You can also soak saffron in a small bowl of milk before adding. This will give immediate colour to the Rabri.
  4. Once you see the milk reducing, you will find the cream sticking all around the pan. Keep scratching it with a spatula and add in the milk. Now add sugar and stir continuously till it dissolves.
  5. Keep scrapping cream collected on the side of pan into milk,this will make delicious small cream chunks in rabri. Cook for 2 minutes and turn off flame.
  6. Serve warm by garnishing with more dry fruits.You can also refrigerate it to serve chilled.
  7. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
