- First grind the left over rice coarsely…and keep it aside…
- Now add the veggies,chillies,paneer,chilli flake,zeera,salt,chat masala,garam masala,…..then add suji and lastly curd…..
- Give a good and even mix and keep it aside
- Now flatten this mix on a tray.and keep it to set fr 1/2an hour…as suji is there vll soak the water and vll become tight….
- Once the batter is set cut it giving it shape of bars…or any shape of ur choice…
- Now take these bars slowly and shallow fry them on mefium low flame…till crispy golden brown…
- Once golden brown serve hot with any dip of ur choice
