- Get 1 cup semolina (rava/sooji)
- Make ready 3 cups water

- Take as needed Oil
- Get As needed Sesame seeds
- Get 1 cup Sooji/rava

- To make upma; heat a pan with 1 tbsp oil. Add mustard seeds, urad dal & curry leaves.
- Add onions & green chillies & sauté well.
- Now add water to it & let it boil.
- Then add semolina to it, mixing it continuously. Then add coriander to it & mix well.
- Now grease a dish with little oil & add this upma to it.
- Refrigerate this for 30 minutes. & then cut into bars. Coat these bars with sesame seeds and sooji.
- Then deep or shallow fry them untill outer layer got golden. Drain on a paper towel & serve. 😊
