- Cook the rice and sugar on slow flame
- Colour the remaining rice in different colour
- After 10 minutes mix the rice and sugar with chammat do not over mix we do not want break the rice grain cook again 5 minutes on high flame
- Add colour rice and Add malai pedha keep 2 pedha for garnishing mix well cook 2 minutes
- Add all dry fruits and garnishing with pedha and serve
- Ready to serve and ENJOY!
