The ingredients needed to make Pumpkin Bars:
  1. Prepare 2 C. Self rising flour
  2. Prepare 4 eggs
  3. Get 1 C. Oil
  4. Take 2 C. Sugar
  5. Prepare 1 (29 oz) can pumpkin solid
  6. Get 2 tsp cinnamon
  7. Get Raisins optional…waters it down in my opinion
  8. Take 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  9. Prepare 1 tsp vanilla
  10. Make ready 6 TBSP butter
  11. Get 2 C. Powdered sugar
  12. Make ready 1 tsp whole milk
Instructions to make Pumpkin Bars:
  1. Blend the first 7 ingredients together on medium speed in a mixer
  2. Pour into greased 11×15 inch pan
  3. Bake for 35 minutes
  4. While that is cooling, blend the softened butter & cream cheese together
  5. Add the milk & vanilla
  6. Blend that in til smooth
  7. Add powdered sugar on low speed, be careful it don’t blow up on you…poof! Lol
  8. Now once moistened, speed it up to a medium speed until smooth.
  9. Spread onto pumpkin bars
  10. Chill ‘til serving time
  11. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
