- Deseed all the dates and smash Very well. Heat a pan add ghee & smashed dates cooking medium flame till date becomes very soft add Oats, makhana,raisins, black Currant and roasted dry fruits (Almonds, cashews, walnuts and pista) mix well by pressing with spatula.
- When mix well turn off flame. Transfer in a rectangular plate press with spatula and cool it completely cut with knife.
