- Blend cream cheese, sugar till creamy.Add vanilla extract.
- In a pan heat in low flame, mango pulp.In another pan,add water,agar agar and cook until the agar dissolve.Switch off flame and add agar agar to mango pulp.
- Add the mango mixture to the cheese mixture.
- Pour the entire mixture on top of the biscuit butter layer.Tap tin and refrigerate for 3-4hours.
- Unmould the cheese cake and serve.
