Instructions to make Chocolate Mango Cheesecake:
  1. First, grind all the chocolate biscuits to a fine powder. Then mix chocolate sauce to form a crumbly mixture which can be pressed well and binds together.
  2. Then grease a base detachable cake tin. Press the mixture at the base well. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  3. Side bya side, mix the mango puree, whipped cream, cream cheese and salt. Beat with hand blender till you have a smooth and thick mixture. Keep in refrigerator.
  4. After an hour, take out the base. Warm gelatin with water. Mix well till it dissolves. Mix a spoonful of cream and combine. Then add back into the cream mixture and beat well.
  5. Pour this cream mixture onto the base. Level well and keep in refrigerator for 5 hours. Then take out and gently remove base.
  6. Garnish with chocolate sauce, chopped mangoes and mint leaves. Serve immediately and enjoy!
  7. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
