  1. Make ready 1 cup mango puree
  2. Make ready 1/2 cup water
  3. Prepare 5 gms agar agar
  4. Take 2 tbsp sugar
  5. Make ready For white cream layer
  6. Get 1/2 cup cream
  7. Make ready 1 cup milk
  8. Make ready 5 gms agar agar
  9. Get 3 tbsp sugar
  10. Prepare 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
Steps to make Mango Panna Cotta:
  1. Take agar agar powder in a saucepan, add water to it & heat up it.
  2. Keep stirring & cook on low flame. Cook until it completely dissolved & the water is clear. Switch if the flame & set it aside to cool down a bit.
  3. Take chopped mangoes in the mixer jar, add sugar to it & make a puree.
  4. Add the puree to agar agar mixture & mix well.
  5. Keep a glass tilted on a muffin pan. Pour mango agar agar mixture till half of the glass is reached. Set aside to set in the fridge.
  6. Now take milk in a container. Add fresh cream to it. Add sugar & vanilla essence to it.
  7. Mix well until sugar completely dissolves. Transfer the mixture to a pan & allow for a gentle boil.
  8. Take agar agar powder in a saucepan, add water to it & heat it up.
  9. Add it to the milk, fresh cream mixture & stir well. Switch off the flame & cool it slightly.
  10. Pour it into the glass as the second layer to make sure the first layer is set completely.
  11. Refrigerate it again till it will completely set.
  12. Serve the delicious mango Panna cotta chilled.
  13. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
