Steps to make Mango Cream Dessert:
- Cut mango and blend to make a puree. Keep aside.
- In a bowl take milk, add cornstarch and sugar.Mix.Add milk powder also. Heat a pan and cook milk mixture on low flame. Stir continously to avoid lumping.
- Cook till thick, remove from stove and stir for few minutes. Let it be cool. Mix with mango pulp Mango sauce is ready.
- Now in a 6×6 dish arrange 4 digestive biscuits, coat with mango sauce. Arrange 4 biscuits again, repeat the process.
- Flatten the upper surface.
- Meanwhile, prepare the cream topping. For this take cream and sugar in a bowl, whisk till peaks arrive. It will take about 7-9minutes.
- Take out 1 tbsp cream for garnishing. set aside.
- Add 1/4tsp orange food colour in the remaining cream, mix well and apply on mango dessert.
- Garnish with reserved white cream. Keep in fridge for 4-6hours to be set.
