  1. Prepare 12-15 digestive biscuit
  2. Make ready 2 tbsp melted butter

  7. Get 2 tbsp Water

Steps to make Mango Cheese Cake:
  1. Place all the biscuits in a sealed plastic bag (Zip loc) and with a rolling pin beat until the biscuits are crushed.Once this is done put the biscuits in a large mixing bowl. Put in the butter and with the help of your hands rub the butter into the biscuits until the mixture is well mixed. Mix with butter and spread in mould evenly and refrigerate 10 mins
  2. Mix cream cheese and sugar in a bowl
  3. Whip the cream till stiff peaks, mix cream cheese, separate some mixture in another bowl. Now add the mango purée to rest mixture and pour a thick layer on the biscuit crust.
  4. Then add the cream cheese layer in which I added some yellow color to give a different look
  5. Place all the ingredients for the glaze in a saucepan and cook over medium heat. When it begins to boil, reduce the flame and cook for 3 to 4 minutes more. Allow to come to room temperature and then spread the glaze over the cheesecake with a spoon. Allow the glaze to set over the cheesecake for 2 to 3 hours or overnight, before slicing it. I used a toothpick to do some design. Cut mango slices to make roses and decorate after refrigerating overnight
  6. Finally decorate the cheese cake and serve chilled
  7. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
