- Mix butter to biscuit crumbs.Put in a 6*diameter mold.Spread evenly and press with the help of a cup or glass.Keep aside.
- In a mixing bowl take heavy cream and whip till light and fluffy.You may use an electric beater for the purpise and it will take about 10 minutes to get a stiff peak.Add cream cheese and mix well.Add powdered sugar and mango puree.Mix well.
- Pour the mixture over bread crumb layer.Tap and keep in fridge for 4-6hours or overnight to get a better result.
- After 6 hours take out the cheese cake from fridge.Garnish with mango sluces and cherries.
- Serve chilled
- Ready to serve and ENJOY!
