- Make ready Few drops vanilla essence
- Prepare 1 tbsp gelatin

- Take 2 mangoes and cut them in fine cubes.
- Pour 2 tbsp of condensed milk on mango chunks so in case mangoes are sour we don’t have to worry about it.
- Take 2 mangoes with cream, cream cheese and condensed milk. Blend it all into smooth purée.
- Take 1 tbsp gelatin mix in 2 tbsp of cold water then micro for 15 seconds.
- Add gelatin mixture along with vanilla essence into mango purée.
- Layer slices of tea cake and soak them with mango juice
- Top cake layer with mango chunks.
- Finally add purée and refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours till top layer is firm. Make mango flower on top.
- For best result serve chilled.
