  3. Add the gelatine leaves to the milk and cream and remove from the heat.
  4. Stir until dissolved.
  5. Pour mixture into glasses or serving dishes and leave to chill in fridge until set.
  6. Add fruit to garnish and serve.
  7. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
