  2. Add to saucepan: sugar, margarine, milk and cocoa.
  3. Heat over medium heat to a rolling boi, stirring often.
  4. Boil for 1 minute.
  5. Add chocolate mixture to oatmeal mixture. Stir well.
  6. Drop by spoonful onto wax paper.
  7. Cool.
  8. If butter is used the cookies get dry and crumbly. Margarine keeps the cookies soft and gooey.
  9. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
