Continue to spread/Sprinkle each ingredients over Brownie mix, in order listed. End with sweet condensed milk, drizzle over entire pan, bake 35 mins or until bubbly around edges.
  2. Important– allow to COOL COMPLETELY before cutting into bars. Very rich!!! Need ice cream to cut the sweetness.
