Instructions to make Cliff Bar:
  1. Preheat oven to 350°
  2. In small saucepan over medium heat, bring the maple syrup and brown sugar to boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in nut butter and vanilla until blended.
  3. Combine dry ingredients first and mix well. Add wet ingredients mix even weller. Press into a greased 9x13 pan or casserole dish. Bake for a total of 20-25 minutes, rotating pan half way through.
  4. Cool completly, then cut into 24 bars. Leave unwrapped for harder bars, put in airtight container for soft bars.
  5. Put in toaster oven for crispy outside. If keeping longer than one week, wrap and freeze.
  6. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
